Blue Spirit is a foremost world-class yoga and meditation retreat center providing an extraordinary setting to all who are dedicated to spiritual transformation, personal growth, and environmental sustainability. We’ve led retreats in Mexico and Norway and we’re excited to share this beautiful location in Costa Rica!
What to Expect
🌴 2-3 class offerings daily including yoga, meditation, breath work, and more.
🌴Three meals per day of organic, locally sourced foods. The menu is primarily vegetarian with fish served at some evening meals. All meals are included in retreat price.
🌴Water, teas, and coffee is available throughout the day and included in the retreat price.
🌴Spa services such as massages, bodywork, astrology, etc. are available upon request at additional cost.
🌴 Optional excursions like Surf Lessons, Horseback Riding, Turtle Nesting Tour, River Boat Tour (bird watching), River Kayaking, or Stand-Up-Paddle Surf. These are booked on your own with the help of front desk staff at Blue Spirit and payment is made directly to the tour provider.
🌴Plenty of free time outside of classes to enjoy time in the ocean, salt water pool, reading, journaling, walking the beach or to nearby Nosara.
This retreat is for you if:
💛 You are a yoga practitioner at any level and open to learning about yoga beyond your asana (movement) practice
💛 You are curious about meditation, pranayama (breathing, energy movement), chanting, mantra, and more
💛 You are self-directed and enjoy a balance of time in community and time in solitude
💛 You embrace filling your own time outside of planned daily classes
💛 You are able to walk multiple flights of stairs daily
💛 You are able to walk steep ascents and descents to access the beach and retreat property
Room Options
NATURE SUITES W/AC
A cozy option situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. Featuring a private bathroom and an outdoor shower overlookingthe jungle, each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C.
The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

Add 3.5% to price if booked with a credit card
Payment plan option: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due by May 15. Retreats booked after May 15 must be paid in full at booking.

HERMITAGE ROOM W/AC
Cozy rooms provide privacy and elegance. Some rooms have partial views of the ocean or some of the nearby mountains, a private bathroom with solar hot water, and A/C.
Located in the main building, reachable by stairs.
